Lead/Senior Quality Assurance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation QA Engineer with expertise in AI-driven testing to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in building automated test frameworks, integrating AI/ML tools to optimize testing workflows, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
- Leverage AI/ML-powered tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize, or custom AI solutions) to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation.
- Implement self-healing test scripts to reduce test maintenance effort.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze large test execution data sets to identify trends, flakiness, and performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate AI-based test data generation and predictive analytics to optimize coverage.
- Ensure high standards of quality for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation best practices and AI-driven testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
- Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured,



TestNG/JUnit.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with AI testing tools (Testim, Applitools, Mabl, etc.)
- Familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for testing purposes
- Prompt engineering know-how
- Experience testing AI-powered features (chatbots, NLP, recommendations)
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and bias detection
- Exposure to AI observability/MLOps platforms
- Data quality testing for ML datasets
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
- Strong understanding of API testing (Postman, Karate, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, k6, Locust).
- Knowledge of AI concepts such as NLP, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and generative AI for QA is a plus.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with self-healing test automation frameworks.
- Exposure to GenAI (LLMs) for test case generation and automation.
- Knowledge of microservices testing and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in shift-left testing and TestOps practices.
