We are seeking an experienced Python Trainer with a strong background working in a reputed Multinational Company (MNC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience in Python development, software engineering, automation, or AI/ML projects, along with a passion for mentoring and training aspiring IT professionals.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and online training sessions, developing course materials, conducting practical labs, and preparing students for real-world software development careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive Python training sessions for students and working professionals.
- Teach Python fundamentals, advanced programming concepts, and object-oriented programming.
- Train candidates in real-time project development using industry best practices.
- Cover Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
- Teach database connectivity using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Introduce REST API development and API integration.
- Train students in Python automation and scripting.
- Guide learners on Git, GitHub, and software development workflows.
- Conduct coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Mentor students on project development and debugging techniques.
- Develop and update training materials based on current industry trends.
- Track student performance and provide continuous feedback.
- Collaborate with the placement team to prepare candidates for technical interviews.

Qualifications

- Relevant technical certifications from AWS, Microsoft, or other recognized platforms are an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Mandatory experience working in a reputed MNC.
- Experience delivering technical training is highly preferred.
- Real-time project implementation experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹9,379.99 - ₹39,707.75 per month
