Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience in either Python or Java, along with React.js.

The candidate will work across the application stack, developing, debugging, and maintaining web applications and internal platforms. You will contribute to GITAA's product portfolio, including our website, training LMS, internal applications, and client projects.

Candidates with strong problem-solving skills and experience building real-world applications will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and debug web applications and internal platforms using Python or Java and React.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js.
- Develop and integrate backend services and APIs using Python or Java.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar technologies.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Debug application issues and identify effective technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow good software development practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to develop and deploy applications.
- Contribute to new product development and client-specific technology projects.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.




- Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.

Qualifications
- B.Tech, Dual Degree, M.Tech, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Python or Java.
- Strong working experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices.
- Ability to understand existing codebases, debug issues, and develop new features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
