About The Job:

- We are looking for a hands-on engineer with experience in Python and/or Perl scripting, automation, API development, telemetry collection and monitoring tools. The role will support automation of telemetry and reporting workflows to improve visibility into remediation progress and operational health.

Essential Job Functions:

- Build and maintain Python/Perl scripts for automation, telemetry collection and reporting.

- Develop or support API integrations to bring operational data into engineering workflows.

- Automate monitoring and data collection activities across remediation and platform teams.

- Work with monitoring platforms to collect logs, metrics and operational signals.

- Support dashboards, reports and visibility improvements for remediation tracking.

- Troubleshoot data integration or automation issues.

- Collaborate with onshore leads and offshore team members during sprint execution.

- Document scripts, integration steps and basic operational procedures.

Qualifications

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in scripting or software engineering.

- Valuable hands-on experience in Python and/or Perl.

- Experience with automation scripting and data integration.

- Basic understanding of REST APIs.

- Exposure to telemetry collection, monitoring platforms or operational reporting.

- Good debugging, analytical and communication skills.





- Ability to work in Agile delivery teams.
