1. Python API development Strong experience designing and developing APIs using FastAPI.

2. Git – Valuable hands-on experience with Git and related workflows.

3. Infrastructure & debugging – Good understanding of infrastructure, servers, and troubleshooting, with the ability to independently (during IST hours) hold technical discussions with DevOps, platform, and various other client services teams.

4. CI/CD – Experience with GitHub Actions, Helm, and deployment processes.

5. Monitoring & logging – Experience with application monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.

6. Integration – Strong experience with system/API integrations.

7. Solution architecture – Experience technical decision-making.
