We are seeking a RAVE Programmer with experience in airline systems, optimization platforms, or Python development to support development and maintenance of crew and operations optimization solutions. The role involves configuration, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting operational enhancements.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain RAVE modules, business rules, and operational logicSupport implementation and enhancement of crew management and operational optimization solutionsWork with business teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPerform unit testing, defect fixing, validation, and deployment supportAnalyze production issues and provide timely resolutionSupport automation initiatives and operational reporting requirementsCoordinate with vendors, product teams,



and internal stakeholders for enhancements and fixesMaintain technical documentation and configuration record s

Required Skills & ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in: RAVE programming OR Python development with solid logical/problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of airline operations, crew systems, rostering, or scheduling preferredGood analytical and debugging skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environmentStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred QualificationsExperience with Jeppesen Crew products or airline optimization toolsKnowledge of SQL, APIs, scripting, or automationPrior aviation or airline industry experience preferred

Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
