Role: Python Developer
Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with at least 3+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers by developing top talent
Responsibilities -
This role would require the candidate to be proficient in Text Image processing and Computer Vision and Client.
Documents scanned and stored as images (pdf/jpeg/png/ppm/tiff) files need to be processed using OCR to extract text and information in paragraphs,
tables and integrate this information with Database.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong in Python3.4 and above, with sound knowledge on Python framework such as OpenCV, OCR libraries like Tesseract
- Applying innovative ideas to extract text from structured and unstructured document images
- Techniques to handle noise reduction, grey scaling, alignment issues etc.
- Good Understanding of Regular Expressions, Dataframes and File System
- Knowledge on Web scraping and Web Testing frameworks such as BeautifulSoup, Selenium etc.
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Good understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Knowledge of NLP techniques to process text and perform entity extraction
- Good team player and excellent communicator
