Position: Sr. Sales Manager - Passenger Vehicles

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 5-15 Years

Industry: Automobile / Passenger Vehicles

- Lead and manage the dealership sales team to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase enquiries, test drives, bookings and retail deliveries.
- Monitor sales funnel, lead conversion, customer follow-ups and team productivity.
- Drive showroom walk-ins, digital leads, referrals and local market activities.
- Train, coach and motivate Sales Consultants to improve performance.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance,



Registration and Delivery teams.
- Prepare sales performance reports and ensure achievement of dealership KPIs.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have strong Passenger Vehicle (PV) dealership/OEM sales experience . Candidates from Commercial Vehicle (CV) sales backgrounds will not be considered.
