Role Description The PYP Facilitator HRT (Grade 1 to 5) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The facilitator will plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme framework, integrating transdisciplinary themes and real-world connections. Daily responsibilities include designing learning experiences, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining detailed documentation of learning outcomes.

The role involves creating a safe and inclusive classroom workplace, collaborating with colleagues on unit planning and school initiatives, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student growth.



The facilitator is also expected to participate in professional development, school events, and contribute to the broader learning culture of TSRA.

Qualifications

- Strong classroom facilitation skills for Grades 1 to 5, including lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and student-centered learning approaches.
- Experience with IB PYP or inquiry-based curriculum frameworks, including unit planning, concept-driven teaching, and formative and summative assessments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Skills in creating inclusive, culturally responsive, and emotionally safe learning environments that support diverse learners.
- Ability to integrate technology meaningfully into teaching and learning, including digital tools for instruction and assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; formal training in IB PYP or international schooling is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as a homeroom teacher or primary educator, preferably in an IB or international school context.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth, reflective practice, and alignment with TSRA’s values of curiosity, character, and global citizenship.
