Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Purchase to support our Procurement & Supply Chain team. The selected candidate will assist in sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and procurement activities while gaining hands-on experience in industrial purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing mechanical, electrical, and industrial materials.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Track material deliveries and ensure timely procurement.




- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, production, maintenance, and accounts departments.
- Support inventory planning and procurement reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain concepts.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.

Salary

As per company standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
