Purchase Manager – Operations

Location: Kalher, Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: 6–10 Years

Department: Purchase / Procurement

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management, team performance and cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Purchase/Procurement team.
- Plan and execute purchases as per business requirements.
- Ensure timely PO generation and follow-ups.
- Develop, evaluate and manage new and existing vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Handle urgent and critical purchases independently.
- Drive cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Monitor team performance,



accountability and deadlines.
- Implement procurement SOPs and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle vendor escalations and improve supplier performance.

Requirements:

- Experience in trading, mining or construction tools will be preferred.
- Graduate/Diploma; Engineering qualification preferred.
- 6–10 years of Purchase/Procurement experience.
- 2–3 years of team-handling/managerial experience.
- Robust negotiation, vendor management and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
