Require an experienced Store Supervisor who does Inventory , purchase keeping in mind FIFO For a food production unit .

- Follow Fifo
- The purchase of all food for the establishment and the ensuring of the continuity of supply.

- To control the purchase , the goods receiving department and of store.

- Finding cheaper and better sources of supply as well as current and substitute materials, ensuring that efficiency of supply and cost s reduction are obtained

- Co-operating with production departments to standardize commodities so as to keep stock levels (and the money involved) as low as efficiently possible.

- Maintaining liaison with the production and control departments to check that the items purchased are satisfactory

- Establishing good contacts with the traders.

- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, spare parts, and other materials.





- Verify received material against PO, invoice, delivery challan and GRN.

- Check quantity, item description, batch/lot number, expiry date and physical condition.

- Coordinate with QC/QA for material inspection and approval before use.

- Keep approved, rejected, under-inspection and returned materials separately identified.

- Issue materials only against an approved Material Requisition/Issue Slip.

- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, returned and balance stock.

- Update stock registers/ERP/Excel records on a timely basis.

- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
