Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage raw material procurement process from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors through effective vendor development strategies.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute purchase orders for raw materials, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of supply agreements.

- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-15 years of experience in purchase management or related field (raw material procurement).

- Strong knowledge of purchase planning, purchase management, raw material procurement processes.

- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor development and price reduction initiatives.

- Ability to analyze data to inform purchasing decisions (e.g., cost savings opportunities).

- Proficiency in using ERP systems for tracking inventory levels.
