Key Responsibilities:

Vendor

Coordination &

- Procurement Execution

- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with packaging vendors (flexible packaging, cartons, labels, etc.)

- Float RFQs, negotiate basic commercials, and obtain competitive quotations

- Follow up with vendors for timelines, sampling, and production readiness

2.

Purchase Order

Management

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in line with project requirements

- Ensure alignment between estimates, approved artwork, and final PO specifications

- Track and maintain PO status until closure

3. Costing &

- Estimation Support

- Assist in preparing cost sheets based on vendor inputs and material specifications

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with:

- Design Team for artwork readiness

- Production Team for execution timelines

- Logistics Team for dispatch planning

- Ensure seamless information flow across departments

5. Documentation &

- Compliance

- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, POs, invoices, and vendor communications





- Ensure all procurement activities are properly recorded and traceable (email-based documentation mandatory)

Vendor Performance

Tracking

- Monitor vendor quality, timelines, and responsiveness

- Flag issues proactively and escalate when required

Key Skills &

- Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in procurement / purchase coordination (preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing)

- Strong understanding of vendor management and purchase cycles

- Good knowledge of packaging materials (flexible packaging preferred)

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and documentation handling

- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
