Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in Bengaluru.

The Purchase

Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating procurement of engineering utilities, materials, and services. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project schedules and safety standards.

Executive will maintain accurate purchase records, track inventory levels related to projects, and collaborate closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with budget and quality requirements. The role also includes monitoring vendor performance, supporting audits and compliance, and contributing to process improvements in purchase and procurement operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for accurate documentation and order processing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement to oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and end-to-end purchasing activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in engineering, utilities, HVAC, facility management, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with ERP or procurement software, strong attention to detail, and good numerical and analytical skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced, project-driven environment while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
