Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar components and supplier networks, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement to support ongoing solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for solar components and materials
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Create and manage purchase orders and track deliveries
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and identify new suppliers
- Ensure quality and technical specifications meet project requirements
- Coordinate with project,
engineering, and warehouse teams for procurement planning
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and documentation
- Monitor market trends and stay updated on solar industry products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (solar/renewable preferred)
- Knowledge of solar components (PV modules, inverters, structures, cables, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- ERP system knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
