Fabcott Textiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our textile and garment manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for supplier coordination, purchase order management, material sourcing, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle purchase operations including sourcing, quotations, price negotiation, and order processing.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) with accurate details of materials, quantity, rates, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for quotations, order confirmation, follow-ups, and timely material delivery.
- Manage procurement of fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, and other production-related materials.
- Maintain purchase documentation, supplier records, reports, and ERP/FMS entries.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Stores,



and Accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Support BOM preparation, material planning, and inventory requirement tracking.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure of purchase activities.

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Experience in Textile / Garment Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Purchase Process, Vendor Management, Negotiation, and BOM.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Robust communication, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
