Job Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and purchasing of construction and interior fit-out materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare material comparison charts based on vendor quotations, rates, and specifications.
- Track material supplies and deliveries site-wise.
- Maintain records of inventory and material requirements across all project sites.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders (POs) site-wise.
- Coordinate with project/site teams and vendors to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate purchase and vendor documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Construction / Interior Fit-Out industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out materials.
- Experience in vendor development, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and material tracking.
- Positive coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
