Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

The Purchase

Executive will monitor inventory levels, negotiate pricing and terms, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure compliance with company policies.



Daily activities also include collaborating with internal teams to understand requirements, resolving discrepancies with vendors, and supporting cost-productive purchasing decisions for solar projects and operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for accurate and timely processing of procurement needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement to oversee sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the energy, solar, or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work with ERP or purchasing software and maintain clear documentation.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
