nRole Summary :
nResponsible for managing MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis for DPO operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support business decisions.
n

nKey Responsibilities :
n· Manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards (SLA, AHT, HC, Productivity, etc.)
n· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
n· Perform data analysis and RCA to identify trends and gaps
n· Drive automation using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
n· Collaborate with Operations and WFM for reporting requirements




n· Lead and mentor MIS team; ensure SLA and quality adherence
n

nSkills Required :
n· Advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query; VBA preferred)
n· Power BI / Tableau
n· Basic SQL (preferred)
n
