- Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshooting for SAP ISU ABAP modules within the AMS workplace.n
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ABAP programming in the context of SAP ISU.n
- Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows, specifically for ISU processes (Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, etc.).n
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes according to ITIL best practices.n
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to resolve complex issues and deliver enhancements.n
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.n
- Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and user guides as needed.n
- Adhere to established coding standards, quality assurance, and security protocols.n
- Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.n
