nWhat You'll Do
nAs the strategic partner to the AI Lead, you will:
nTranslate business vision into scalable AI architectures and execution roadmaps
nEvaluate and prioritize AI opportunities across manufacturing and enterprise functions
nDesign, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using:

nBuild secure experimentation environments and governance frameworks on Azure and Databricks
nEstablish Responsible AI practices,

nTechnical Expertise

- Solid experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, Fine-Tuning, RAG, and Agentic AIn
- Hands-on expertise with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kerneln
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft AzureAzure OpenAI Servicen
- Azure Machine Learningn
- Azure Functionsn
- Azure Cosmos DB / Vector Databasesn
- Strong experience with DatabricksPySparkn
- Delta Laken

- Unity Catalogn
- Experience with MLOps/DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI workload monitoringn
