Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic support to individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, psychological, and mental health concerns. The ideal candidate should possess strong counselling skills and a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Provide individual, group, and family counselling sessions.
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed case records.
- Assist patients in managing stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and emotional challenges.
- Provide psychological support and guidance to patients and families.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct mental health awareness and wellness programs when required.




- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology/Counselling Psychology) or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as applicable.
- Robust communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply (as per requirement).

Preferred Skills
- Experience in counselling children, adolescents, or adults.
- Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapy techniques.
- Strong crisis intervention and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
