Position: Psychologist

Setup: Day Care Facility

Type: Full-time | Overtime Available

Role Summary

Join our team to support the emotional well-being of patients and their caregivers, aligned with our "Feel Better to Heal Better" philosophy. You will conduct counseling sessions, understand patient and caregiver concerns, document meaningful stories of change, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

Compensation:

- ₹30,000 to 35,000 in hand + PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Gratuity, Yearly Bonus
- Up to 400,000 CTC
- Overtime Extra

Requirements:





- Education: Master's degree in Psychology
- Experience: 4-6 years in a hospital or healthcare setting (internships will not be considered)
- Preference: Oncology experience preferred
- Fluent in Gujarati & Hindi
