Zenora Health Recovery is hiring a Social Worker to anchor the daily life of our residential program. This is a hands-on, floor-facing role you'll run the patients' daily structure, keep families informed and involved, and hold the admission and discharge process together in coordination with our medical, clinical, and facility teams.

Zenora Health Recovery is a residential rehabilitation and mental wellness facility supporting individuals through recovery from addiction and mental health conditions. Our programs are evidence-based and holistic, built around each client's clinical needs, history, and goals. We work in a calm, restorative setting with a small team, close supervision, and an emphasis on dignity and long-term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily patient routine and engagement

· Manage and supervise the patients' daily routine and adherence to the program schedule

· Conduct daily check-ins with every patient and flag concerns to the clinical team

· Engage and mobilize patients into scheduled group activities like yoga, meditation, community meetings, and process meetings

· Ensure attendance, participation, and a settled, structured milieu through the day

Family coordination

· Share regular updates with families on patient status and program participation

· Schedule, coordinate, and manage family visits end to end





· Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for families

Admissions and discharge

· Manage the admission process, from arrival formalities to settling the patient into the program

· Manage the discharge process and associated documentation and handover

· Coordinate with the medical and clinical teams on every new admission and upcoming discharge coordination and reporting

· Work with the Facility Manager on day-to-day operational needs

· Maintain accurate daily records, check-in logs, and patient updates

· Manage patient tracking and updates through our digital tools

Note: This role does not involve conducting individual therapy sessions. Clinical sessions are handled by our clinical psychologists and psychiatrists.

Requirements

· MA in Social Work (MSW) or MA in Psychiatric Social Work

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a rehabilitation, de-addiction, or psychiatric setting

· Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

· Comfortable leading and energizing group activities

· Organized and dependable with documentation, scheduling, and digital tracking systems

· Able to maintain professional boundaries while working closely with patients and families
