About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and committed Psychologist to work with adults and neurodivergent children. The role involves psychological assessment, counselling, behavioural support, intervention planning, and working collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and prepare reports.
Provide counselling and psychological support to adults and neurodivergent children.
Develop and implement individualised intervention plans.
Support behavioural, emotional, social, and developmental needs.
Conduct parent/family counselling and provide guidance.
Maintain accurate case documentation and progress records.
Collaborate with special educators, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other professionals.
Participate in school, therapy-centre, and community-based programmes when required.
Eligibility
Master’s Degree in Psychology is mandatory.
Candidates with relevant experience working with children, adults, or neurodivergent individuals will be preferred.
Freshers with a Master’s Degree in Psychology are welcome to apply.

Strong observation, assessment, and documentation skills.
