Job Summary

Kshetry & Co is seeking an experienced and strategic Public Relation Executive to manage and enhance the Group’s public image, digital branding, and media presence. The role requires a confident professional capable of handling media relations, executing high-impact PR campaigns, and ensuring consistent, ethical, and legally compliant communication across all platforms. The PR will also support leadership visibility and act as an official spokesperson when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic public relations and communication plans aligned with the vision and global presence of Kshetry & Co.
- Manage and strengthen the Group’s digital branding, public image, and online reputation across websites, social media, and digital platforms.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with national and international print, digital, television, and legal media outlets.
- Press releases, legal updates, official statements, thought leadership articles, and media briefs in coordination with the legal and management teams.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, brand positioning initiatives, event publicity, and leadership profiling for founder and Group entities.
- Coordinate press conferences, interviews, media interactions, panel discussions, and public appearances.




- Act as an authorized spokesperson for the Group when required, ensuring accurate, professional, and legally compliant messaging.
- Monitor media coverage, public perception, and industry developments affecting the legal and corporate sectors.
- Handle crisis communication, reputation management, and sensitive legal communication with discretion and precision.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including legal teams, digital marketing, CSR/NGO initiatives, and management for unified messaging.
- Maintain detailed records of media interactions, PR campaigns, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications.
- Strong expertise in strategic communication, brand management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional or international language skills are a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and crisis-management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in legal firms, corporate houses, media organizations, or professional services is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-visibility PR campaigns and leadership profiling.
- Proficiency in digital media tools, social media platforms, content management systems, and media monitoring software.
