Role & responsibilities :'

1. PRP Implementation & Monitoring

- Ensure all PRPs (GMP, GHP, sanitation, pest control, calibration, waste disposal, hygiene practices) are effectively implemented across all areas.
- Conduct regular checks and maintain compliance records.

2. Hygiene & Sanitation Oversight

- Monitor cleaning schedules, sanitation effectiveness, and hygiene practices of employees.
- Conduct ATP swabs, allergen swabs, and hygiene inspections.

3. Training & Awareness

- Conduct PRP-related training sessions (GMP, GHP, sanitation, pest awareness, waste segregation, personal hygiene).
- Reinforce hygiene culture through periodic awareness programs.

4. Documentation & Records

- Maintain checklists, reports, logs, and records for PRPs.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and traceable.

5. Audit & Compliance Support

- Act as a key contact during internal/external audits (FSSAI, FSSC 22000, customer audits).
- Ensure audit observations related to PRPs are closed effectively.

6. Continuous Improvement

- Identify PRP gaps and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support infrastructure and process improvements for hygiene & sanitation.
