Qualifications:

- A Bachelors Degree in Hindi with at least 50% marks from a recognized university/institute (the concerned subject should have been studied for at least 2 years)

OR

- Masters Degree in Hindi from a recognized university/institute with at least 50% marks in either Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree

OR

- 4-years integrated programme/course/degree of B.El.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed./B.A.B.Ed. from any NCTE recognized institution (the concerned subject should have been studied for at least 3 years)

AND

- B.Ed. or 3-years integrated B.Ed-M.Ed. from a recognized university/institute (No separate B.Ed./B.Ed-M.Ed. is required in the case of 4-years integrated course of B.El.Ed./B.A.B.Ed.)

AND

- Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Deliver competency-based,



NEP-aligned lessons using engaging and creative teaching methodologies
- Plan and deliver lessons, conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and maintain accurate academic records
- Support diverse learners through differentiated instruction, remedial support, and appropriate academic interventions
- Foster language proficiency, reading, writing, speaking, vocabulary, and comprehension skills through age-appropriate activities
- Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, professional development programmes, and training sessions
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ learning, academic progress, and overall well-being
