About the Role

We are looking for a Property Field Executive who can visit properties across Bengaluru, take clear and accurate photos/videos, and share them with our internal team for property listings and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential properties across Bengaluru.
- Take clear photos and videos of properties, rooms, interiors, exteriors, surroundings, parking, and amenities.
- Ensure photos are properly captured from different angles.
- Send photos/videos to the Zorba Estates team through WhatsApp or other company applications.
- Collect basic property information during the visit.
- Coordinate with property owners or concerned persons for property access.
- Check and report the basic condition of the property.
- Support the team during property visits when required.
- Use a smartphone and Google Maps for navigation.
- Maintain regular communication with the office team.




- Complete other field activities assigned by management.

Requirements
- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Good smartphone handling skills.
- Comfortable taking property photos and videos.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and smartphone applications.
- Basic communication skills in English/Kannada/Hindi.
- Willing to travel across Bengaluru.
- Responsible, punctual and reliable.

Preferred Skills
- Good photography sense.
- Ability to capture clean and presentable property photos.
- Positive communication and coordination.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
- Previous field or real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
