Essential Job Functions:

- Responsible for system configuration including but not limited to document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, and user roles within Promo Mats, etc.

- Support Reporting and other operational requests

- Responsible for creating test cases, updating system documentation

- Ensure compliance requirements are met.

- Responsible for finding feasible solution for user requirements and configuring it in system

- Responsible for testing and deployment of the changes
- To maintain the integration with Promo Mats application

Qualifications

- Experience: 7-10

Skills

- Strong understanding of Veeva Vault Promo Mats, ITIL

- Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills (oral as well as written)

- Self-driven and self-motivated

- High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills

Good to haves





- Experience in working on any other application hosted on Veeva Vault platform
