Role Description

Location: Gotri, Vadodara, Gujarat

Department: Planning in Electrical

Experience: 2-5 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

This is a full time, mostly office job role for an Electrical Planning Engineer at our office located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for Planning Electrical Projects, study drawings and prepare Bills of Materials, prepare project Schedule, Plan equipment delivery as per site requirement, prepare project report and necessary documents and communication with internal team and Customer. Should have experience in estimating project activities with timeline, detail planning of resources, preparing & monitorng project schedule and project report.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and monitoring projects activities, updating schedule,



highlight project issues and changes to Customers, maintain all documentation and record communication with internal teams and Customers and vendors and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget & optimum quality standards. The role also involves providing technical support, site visit for assessment and supervision and overseeing the EPC process to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, MS Office, MS Projects

Proficiency in Estimating and Planning for Electrical EPC Projects. Knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, and LV/MV systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Relevant industry certifications and experience are a plus
