Drive successful execution (on Time, On Quality and On Budget) of projects in order to deliver committed value and ensure customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is focused on planning, executing, and closing projects while effectively managing the project team and stakeholders and customer satisfaction.

Role description

Chance phase

1. Provide support and insights such as assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, project structure and Governance.
2. Lead or contribute to statement of work content definition of the project while complying with Value Engagement SOW standards

Execution phase

1. Define the project plan and manage it throughout the lifecycle of the project.
2. Manage and provide guidance to the project team.
3. Meet On Time, On Quality and On Budget objectives within the agreed scope.
4. Maximize Best Practice capitalization and re-use.
5. Establish appropriate actions and plans to guarantee Confidentiality and IP protection.
6. Establish strong team / working together amongst the project team.
7. Report on all aspects of projects (status, risks, actions, KPIs, others) in a clear and concise manner.
8. Leverage 3DS Project information system with VEPI (Value Engagement Project Intelligence) for project KPIs tracking and reporting, VEPM (Value Engagement Project Management) for project management reporting and IFWELoop for project communication.
9. Ensure compliance with Value Engagement standards, deliverables and operations.
10.



Ensure and support proper deliverable and knowledge hand over between Value Commitment and Value Delivery phase with project team.
11. Establish and nurture trust-based relationship with the Customer.
12. Manage escalation, and monitor progress until resolution. Maintain project budget.
13. Manage project change requests.
14. Manage relationships with Subcontractors and/or Partners for the scope of the project.
15. Identify and communicate new business opportunities on or outside the project.
16. Produce the project lessons learned documentation
