Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience.

- 40% Technical / General Project Managers.
- 60% Healthcare Domain Project Managers.

Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Certifications
- PMP.
- CSM.
- SAFe Scrum Master.
- Equivalent Project Management certifications.
- Healthcare Certifications (Preferred)
- AHM 250.
- HIPAA.
- Other relevant healthcare domain certifications.

Project Management Expertise
- Candidates must have demonstrated experience leading project delivery in Agile environments.
- Candidates must have demonstrated experience leading project delivery in Waterfall environments.
- Candidates must have demonstrated experience leading project delivery in Hybrid delivery models.
- Note: Avoid profiles where the primary experience is as a Business Analyst, Developer, or project team member without direct Project Manager accountability.
