Experience: 5–20 Years | Interior firm

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY : Take complete responsibility for assigned interior projects from start to final handover, ensuring timely completion and quality execution.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT : Maintain excellent relationships with clients, understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and handle client concerns professionally.

MANAGEMENT COORDINATION : Closely coordinate with the management and internal teams, ensuring all project-related information, requirements, and decisions are communicated properly and on time.

TEAM AND SITE COORDINATION : Coordinate effectively with designers, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, factory teams, and other departments for smooth project execution.

PLANNING AND PROBLEM SOLVING : Monitor project progress, materials, manpower, timelines, and quality, and take immediate action to resolve site or project issues.

Experience and communication

Candidates with 5–20 years of experience in interior projects are preferred. Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is required, along with solid leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
