Position Overview: We are seeking a Service Delivery Associate to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will support the delivery of Gen AI cloud infrastructure services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud-based infrastructures. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our AI acceleration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service Delivery Support:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the Projects

- Coordinate the execution of projects by working with backend technical teams

- Assist in implementing and managing cloud infrastructures utilizing Linux-based tools and technologies.

- Support the deployment of Gen AI solutions within cloud environments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.

o Identify and manage resources to meet project requirements & timelines.
- Project Status Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on service delivery status.

- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and management





- Assist in addressing client concerns and resolving service-related issues promptly.

- Process Improvement:

- Participate in identifying areas for service delivery optimization and contribute to the development of improvement strategies.

- Support the implementation of best practices in service delivery to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

· Documentation:

o Ensure proper documentation of every aspect of Project o Handover to Operations team with all necessary documents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 12+ years of experience in service delivery management within the cloud infrastructure industry, with a focus on Linux-based tools and technologies.

- Basic understanding of Generative AI solutions and cloud integration.

- Robust understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, and DevOps practices.

· Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU provisioning, distributed training environments, containerization).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.

- Experience with AI/ML deployment in cloud environments.

- Knowledge of MLOps tools and platforms (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, etc.)

- PMP, PRINCE2 Certification
