Aracion Technology is an independent RF test infrastructure company, founded in 2014, with operations across India, UAE, USA, Singapore, and Cyprus. We design, build, and operate anechoic chambers, CATR OTA systems, and turnkey RF/EMC test facilities, and run a NABL-accredited (ISO/IEC 17025) laboratory in Bengaluru serving global wireless, telecom, and IoT customers. Aracion is one of the only independent laboratories in the world with NABL-accredited CATR OTA test capability for FR1 and FR3, covering radiated conformance per 3GPP Chapters 6, 7, and 8.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of lab test programs — from customer onboarding and test planning through execution, reporting, and closure. You will be the primary interface between customers and our engineering teams, ensuring projects run on schedule, within scope, and to accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact for customers: scoping, scheduling, status updates, and escalation management
- Plan and track multiple parallel test projects across RF, OTA, and EMC domains; manage lab resource and chamber utilisation
- Coordinate between customer engineering teams and internal test engineers to resolve technical and logistical blockers
- Ensure test execution, documentation, and reporting comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and customer requirements
- Track project commercials: quotations, POs,



milestones, and invoicing triggers
- Support lab audits, accreditation activities, and customer visits
- Drive continuous improvement in project turnaround time and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in project management or customer-facing delivery roles in a test lab, telecom, or wireless product environment
- Working understanding of Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11), cellular (3GPP — LTE, 5G NR), and Bluetooth standards and their test/certification flows
- Familiarity with EMC testing (CISPR, MIL-STD-461, EN standards) and regulatory/certification regimes (FCC, CE/ETSI, WPC, BIS)
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable managing global customers
- Proficiency with project tracking tools and structured reporting

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in an accredited test lab (NABL/A2LA) or with test equipment vendors (Keysight, R&S;, Anritsu)
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Exposure to lab automation workflows
