Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate communication between business teams, technology teams, project sponsors, and core project teams.

- Schedule and manage weekly and monthly project meetings, including project updates, workstream sessions, and workshops.

- Track meeting outcomes, follow-ups, and action items across multiple project tracks.

Leadership & Governance Support

- Support leadership and procurement meetings related to project resourcing, budgeting, and approvals.

- Assist with PR/PO processes and coordination with procurement teams.

Resource, Events & Administrative Coordination

- Coordinate with administration teams for meeting rooms, workspace arrangements, and logistics.

- Assist with resource planning and allocation, ensuring teams have the necessary tools and support.

- Plan and coordinate project workshops and full-day working sessions, including venue selection, logistics, and stakeholder invites

Vendor & Contract Management

- Support management of IT vendor contracts, including NDAs, MSAs,



PR/PO processing, and vendor invoices.

- Coordinate with Business/Legal/Partners teams to ensure smooth contract processing and issue resolution.

Access Management & Vendor Onboarding

- Manage system access provisioning and revocation for internal users and external vendors.

- Facilitate vendor onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, account setup, and compliance with access policies.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Required Skills

- Solid project coordination and organizational skills

- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

- Knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO) and vendor management

- Excellent communication and scheduling skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting large IT programs or transformation projects

- Familiarity with PMO processes and governance frameworks
