We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project planning, team coordination, client management, timelines, budgets, risk management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

- Manage projects from requirement gathering through development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, business teams, and clients.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct project meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage client communication and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, deployment, production releases,



and post-launch activities.
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and project governance standards.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification is an advantage.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, resource management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Good understanding of web/mobile application development.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
