We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in delivering Banking and Financial Services technology projects. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience managing end-to-end project delivery across the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production release and post-go-live support.

This role requires a hands-on delivery leader who can effectively coordinate Business, Business Analysis, Development, QA, and Release teams while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Candidates with experience in Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Core Banking, Trade Finance, Cards, or Cash Management projects will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of banking and financial services projects.
- Own project planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into delivery plans.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure requirement clarity, scope management, and successful change control.
- Coordinate with development teams to manage delivery schedules, technical dependencies, and project milestones.
- Partner with QA teams to ensure successful testing cycles, defect resolution, and quality assurance.
- Drive release planning and production deployment activities, including go-live readiness and risk mitigation.
- Track and manage project risks, issues,



dependencies, and escalations.
- Provide regular project status updates, governance reporting, and executive-level communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Promote Agile delivery best practices and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 to 10 years of IT experience with significant experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience delivering Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams including Business, BA, Development, QA, and Release Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience handling multiple project streams, dependencies, and critical timelines.
- Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and change management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Digital Banking, Payments, Core Banking, Lending, Trade Finance, Cards, or Treasury projects.
- Exposure to large-scale banking transformation programs.
- Understanding of banking regulatory and compliance requirements.
- PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience working with Middle East banks or financial institutions.
