Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Instructional Designers, Content Writers, SMEs, Editors, Designers, and Developers.
- Track project progress, identify risks/blockers, and take corrective action.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, reports,



documentation, and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Project Management/Project Coordination.
- Experience in EdTech, Publishing, E-learning, or Content Development preferred.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and deadline-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be comfortable working hybrid from Noida.
