Never Before Marketing | Madurai

We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of daily project execution, coordinate teams, maintain quality and make sure work gets delivered on time.

This is not a pure coordination role. We need someone who understands video production, editing workflow, social media posting and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients for requirements, approvals and project updates.
- Plan and manage shoot schedules, locations, manpower and shoot arrangements.
- Coordinate with content, production, editing and social media teams.
- Assign daily work and follow up until completion.
- Check video editing quality before client submission.
- Review videos for basic editing, pacing, cuts, audio, captions, framing and overall quality.
- Manage Meta/Instagram posting schedules and ensure timely publishing.
- Track pending work, revisions and deliverables.
- Identify delays and take action before deadlines are missed.
- Prepare daily/weekly project and performance reports.




- Maintain a clear workflow between clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For
- minimum 1 year Experience in project management, digital marketing, video production or social media.
- Good understanding of video editing techniques and production workflow.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong follow-up and task assignment skills.
- Valuable understanding of deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to identify editing and content-quality issues.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong ownership. If something is assigned, you make sure it gets completed.
