Strong expertise in end-to-end construction project execution.

Proven experience in complete site handling and project ownership.

Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction activities.

Experience managing large-scale residential/commercial projects.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent knowledge of construction planning, execution, quality, safety, and cost control.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage site operations and drive project completion.

Result-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability.

Qualification & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

13–20 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.

Robust hands-on experience in end-to-end project execution is mandatory.

Candidates who have independently handled complete projects/sites and large execution teams will be preferred.

Reporting Structure

Reports Directly To: CEO

Key Focus: Complete ownership of end-to-end project execution, site management, project timelines, quality, cost, safety, and successful project completion.
