Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities from initiation to closure Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation

- Support resource allocation and task management for team members

- Participate in client meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.

- Prior experience managing projects, operations, or client-facing activities in a non-technical industry is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable taking client calls during US shift hours.

- Good knowledge of project management methodologies and workflows.

- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira or similar project management tools

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
