We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the smooth execution of Leifii's creative and marketing projects. You will coordinate between clients, the internal creative team and management to ensure projects are briefed, tracked and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, video editors and marketing team.
- Convert client requirements and feedback into clear briefs.
- Track tasks, deadlines, approvals and deliverables.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams proactively.
- Conduct basic quality checks before client submission.
- Identify project bottlenecks and resolve/escalate them.
- Maintain project trackers, reports and documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day client communication.
- Identify client requirements and opportunities and escalate them to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Management, Mass Communication, Media, Design or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an advertising, creative or digital marketing agency preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of social media, design and content production.
- Knowledge of Notion/ClickUp/Trello or similar tools is a plus.
