Job Summary

SHOEGR is looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to manage and execute projects across product development, operations, procurement, vendors, e-commerce, marketing and business development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking projects from planning to execution, coordinating with different teams and external vendors, tracking timelines and ensuring that work is completed on time.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who takes ownership and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare project timelines, task lists, milestones and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors and external agencies.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks and bottlenecks.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Coordinate new product development, sampling, packaging, manufacturing and product launches.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for quotations, samples, production and deliveries.
- Work with inventory and warehouse teams to coordinate stock requirements.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team for new product listings, website updates, product launches, bundles and promotions.
- Coordinate marketing activities such as product shoots, influencer collaborations, campaigns and brand activations.
- Assist in execution of new business initiatives, partnerships and sales channels.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reports.




- Develop SOPs, checklists and processes to improve execution.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest practical solutions.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for the management.
- Handle special projects and initiatives assigned by the management.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Retail, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹621,762.19 - ₹2,142,276.61 per year
