We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Oil & Gas EPC with strong expertise in Cross-Country Pipeline projects in the UAE and proven ADNOC project/approval experience .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of Oil & Gas EPC / Cross-Country Pipeline projects .
- Drive project planning, progress, budget, revenue, billing, collections and cash flow .
- Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, cost and quality targets .
- Lead project teams, site personnel, resource mobilisation and infrastructure planning.
- Manage client, consultant, government and other key stakeholders .
- Handle contractual correspondence, contracts and claims , including identification of additional claims.
- Drive cost optimisation, profitability improvement and execution efficiency .
- Ensure compliance with HSE, UAE regulations, project standards,



SOPs and company policies .
- Contribute to business development, client relationships and new opportunities within the UAE Oil & Gas sector.

Ideal Candidate
- 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC , with significant experience in Cross-Country Pipelines in the UAE .
- Solid knowledge of the UAE Oil & Gas / ADNOC ecosystem , regulations, stakeholders and project environment.
- ADNOC Approval is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing large-scale EPC pipeline projects from execution through completion.
- Strong expertise in project management, contracts & claims, cost control, commercial management, stakeholder management and HSE .
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams .
