About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and result-oriented Project Manager – Execution with 2–3 years of experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), Civil Construction, MEP, or related infrastructure projects.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, safety compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential or commercial projects, strong team-management capabilities, and the ability to independently coordinate and manage 2–3 projects simultaneously.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

- Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to handle 2–3 projects at a time.
- Coordinate and supervise project execution activities from project initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Team & Site Management
- Manage and coordinate site teams, contractors, vendors, engineers, and other project personnel.
- Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources effectively.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings.
- Identify execution challenges and take proactive corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Purchase, Sales, Stores, and other internal teams for timely project execution.
- Ensure effective coordination between Civil, PEB, Structural, Electrical,



Mechanical, and MEP activities, wherever applicable.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.

Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of project-related queries and concerns.
- Provide regular project progress updates to clients.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain:
- Project schedules
- Progress reports
- Site reports
- Material requirement reports
- Project review reports
- Other project-related documentation
- Provide regular project status updates to management.
- Track project risks, delays, issues, and corrective actions.

Quality, Safety & Project Closure
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
- Monitor execution quality and ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and standards.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Support project handover and closure activities.
- Coordinate snag identification and resolution before final handover.
- Ensure smooth final client coordination and project closure.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of PEB, Civil Construction and/or MEP execution.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Ability to independently manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in project execution.
- Experience in PEB / Civil / MEP / Construction / Infrastructure projects preferred.
- Candidates with experience in residential or commercial projects will be preferred.
- Must have the ability to independently coordinate teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Project Manager who can independently manage site execution, coordinate multiple stakeholders, resolve day-to-day project challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per required quality and safety standards. This role requires strong ownership, leadership, communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
