Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly technical engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.

- Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for Red Hat solutions and product development, aligning with business objectives.

- Hands-on Contribution: Actively engage in architectural design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving alongside your team.

- Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and post-launch support.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, QA, operations,



and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.

- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust Red Hat solutions that meet industry standards.

What You'll Do
