Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – ELV & Security Systems to lead and manage ELV projects from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of ELV and Security System projects.
- Plan project activities, timelines, manpower, and resources.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ELV / Security Systems project management.
- Solid practical knowledge of CCTV,



Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, PA Systems, VMS, and related ELV systems.
- Proven experience in project execution and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects.

Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from the ELV / Security Systems industry with strong project execution

experience.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹9 LPA, based on experience and expertise.

Note: House and food allowance are not applicable for this Mumbai-based position

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
